About the Developer/Builder/CEO

With well over 40 years of construction experience, both Ray Brunet and Gary Jans have undertaken the construction of this 5 storey apartment complex. Ray and Gary founded Ray-Jans Construction in August of 1987. After 4 decades of producing a large variety of high quality construction, ranging from economically available new homes to luxurious estate homes, they have garnered the respect of extremely happy and repeat customers. They have tackled numerous unique projects in all sectors including commercial, institutional, industrial and agricultural. From a radio station, to a court room, to McDonald's Restaurants, to recreation facilities, to horse barns and milking robotics installation, to school renovations and many office renovations, there isn't much they haven't done. Recently, Kevin Jans, Gary's son, has transitioned into partnership with Ray (Ray-Jans Construction) and are the General Contractor for this project, while Gary has taken the role of Developer.
